RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How It Works

When you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return it. After receiving it, you may return the package within 14 days.


The product shall not be damaged or used and returned in the original package.


Refunds will be, within 14 days after receiving it, according to the method chosen (on the return paper). Therefore do not forget to fulfill the pdf document and send it. You can email it to: info@dassajewellery.com or put it in your return package. 


That also applies to products purchased on sale.

When returning a product purchased with a gift card, you will receive a new gift card as a refund in your email. Therefore do complete the return paper.


Returns are at your own expense.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and Delivery

After your purchase, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-5 days. We only deliver in the Netherlands at no cost.


NOTE: If you are from abroad and still would like to purchase one of our products, please do contact support. Together we will find a solution.
